One clear price for every Little York kitten.
Flat price
$2,900 CAD
Every kitten is valued equally, with one flat price regardless of colour, pattern or sex. There are no older-kitten or adult prices and no multi-kitten discounts.
Reservation
The deposit
A $600 non-refundable deposit by Interac e-Transfer reserves your kitten; the balance is due at pick-up. Deposits open at 3 weeks, or from 2 weeks when you contact us directly.
From our home to yours
What's included
Health & veterinary care
Two sets of core vaccinations, deworming, a final healthy-kitten check by a licensed veterinarian, a 2-year genetic health guarantee and a 72-hour health guarantee.
Registration & records
A written contract and full health record. TICA registration papers follow once we receive proof of spay/neuter; kittens are not spayed or neutered before go-home. Microchipping is available on request.
Early care & socialization
Our kittens spend 12 to 13 weeks with mom and siblings in a dedicated room in our family home, with daily handling and family time.
Take-home kit
A food sample, blanket, toys, and paperwork come home with your kitten.
What we feed
We feed ACANA First Feast dry food and Performatrin Grain-Free Chicken Pâté for kittens as wet food.
Support
We're here for advice after go-home. If you have a health concern, contact your veterinarian first; if it may be covered by the guarantee, reach out to us with your vet's records. Full terms are in your contract.
Genetic health testing
Every breeding cat is DNA-tested through Wisdom Panel, screening for 40+ genetic conditions.
