What to expect on go-home day

From the carrier ride to the first quiet evening, here is what go-home day looks like.

What to expect on go-home day

Go-home day is a meaningful milestone. Your kitten leaves at 12 to 13 weeks, after two rounds of core vaccinations, a veterinary health check, and valuable time learning from mom and littermates.\n\nBring a secure carrier lined with a familiar blanket. At home, open it in the quiet room you prepared and allow your kitten to emerge when ready. A smaller space helps them learn where everything is and prevents the first day from feeling overwhelming.\n\nWe will review feeding, routines, records, and the transition plan with you. Questions are always welcome after you leave. Support does not end at the front door.
